Responsibilities

Modernize, revise and oversee several aspects of marketing materials, involving presentations, DDQs and RFPs, at the product and client level
Examine and settle daily requests from internal stakeholders
Work alongside internal global sales/consulting team as well as with the compliance, legal, middle-office and investment teams; eventual goal is to arrange excellent marketing material for clients and prospects
Review marketing material content with select sign-off responsibilities and quality control
Ensure priorities are addressed and assignments delivered on time; maintain and improve team awareness of these priorities
Take on overall responsibility for projects including: planning, organizing timeline and delivering excellent results
Write, test and enforce work-flow procedures
Participate in the production and checking of internal and external client portfolio analysis requirements
Work on the development of creative, compelling and globally consistent marketing material
Adhere to compliance approval processes

Requirements

At least three years of pertinent experience within financial services and/or asset management firm combined with experience answering formal and informal queries from sales, portfolio managers, and institutional clients
Demonstrated experience in writing, editing and delivering high-quality RFPs, DDQs and marketing presentations
Superior Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
Ability to understand inner workings of company’s hedge fund investment strategies (systematic and discretionary); prepare and refine written material that explains these strategies; identify inconsistencies in language, data and charts used to represent the strategies
Prior experience of working with quantitative strategies is preferred
Performance measurement experience is helpful but not required
