Job Description
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dynamic healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to patients of all ages.
Conduct physical exams, manage chronic conditions, and address acute health concerns.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging.
Develop and adjust individualized treatment and management plans.
Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle improvement.
Collaborate with nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (eClinicalWorks).
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Active and unrestricted New York State medical license.
Current DEA registration.
Current BLS and ACLS certification.
Eligible for Medicare and Medicaid enrollment.
Strong clinical and communication skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Bilingual abilities in Bengali, Spanish, Hindi, or Urdu are preferred.
